Esprit de Corps Consulting Ltd was formed over two years ago by Kevin Davidson. He was a 32 year BMW Group employee, who worked at a Senior level as a Board Member and Director in the UK, Canada and Ireland. Since setting the company up they have helped one customer win a major tender with an OEM for a large event and they are currently writing a suite of training programmes for another OEM and Dealer Group. Although their expertise is primarily in Automotive their skills are transportable into multiple industries, particularly in the area of people development, coaching and mentoring.
